We keep current of all transactions in these areas, and we are also very knowledgeable with the local schools.

Personal
Dee has lived in Birmingham with her husband Richard since 1984 when they moved here from Chicago. She was born and raised in northeast Ohio, graduated from Ohio University, and studied at Northwestern University's graduate school. She has been honored many times for her community work with the Junior League of Birmingham and Women's Committee for Hospice Care. Dee currently serves on 2 major boards in the community (Women's Committee and Oakland Family Services). Her varied background includes working as a behavioral therapist and a banking career before entering the real estate profession.

Dee has over 24 years of experience listing and selling real estate. While at Hall and Hunter, she has been the top agent 8 separate years most recently in 2006.

Ted has lived and worked in the area since childhood. He attended Birmingham schools (Beverly, Derby and Groves), and graduated from Albion College and Wayne State University (MBA in finance). His background includes a seventeen-year career in information technology, owning his own business, and over 16 years in the real estate profession. He resides in Birmingham, is a member (and past president) of Forest Lake Country Club, and besides being an avid golfer, enjoys fishing and cooking.

Dee and Ted also work with Amy Zimmer, a licensed real estate agent at Hall & Hunter, who is very accomplished at photography and writing.
